Atlantic Legal Foundation is pleased to announce that Tracy A. Bacigalupo and Marcy S. Cohen have been elected to its Board of Directors.
Tracy Bacigalupo is a partner with Foley & Lardner LLP and has practiced for more than 20 years in the areas of mergers and acquisitions, venture capital transactions, intellectual property law and general corporate and real estate investment trust law.
Marcy Cohen is General Counsel and Managing Director of ING Financial Holdings Corporation, based in New York City. She also serves as Regional Head of Legal for the Corporate and Institutional Clients business line in the Americas. She has over 25 years experience serving in various in-house roles for major global financial institutions and has been with ING since 2006.
