Atlantic Legal Foundation has elected William G. Primps and Jay B. Stephens to its
Board of Directors.
Bill Primps is a litigation partner in the New York office of Dewey & LeBoeuf LLP, where, in recent years, he has served as lead counsel in a number of high profile international cases. In addition, for the past ten years, Mr. Primps has served on Atlantic Legal’s Advisory Council.
Jay Stephens is Senior Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary of Raytheon Company. He has served in a variety of senior executive, leadership and legal positions in both government service and in the private sector. Prior to joining Raytheon, he served as Associate Attorney General of the United States.
