He is considered one of the preeminent litigators in New Jersey. He has been selected to serve as Chair of the Lawyers Advisory Committee to the New Jersey federal judiciary and he has served on the New Jersey Supreme Court Civil Practice Rules Committee advising the state judiciary. Philip has won cases on behalf of the nation's largest telecommunication companies and one of New Jersey's largest law firms before the New Jersey Supreme Court. He has represented the American Corporate Counsel Association and the New Jersey Corporate Counsel Association in litigation challenging the right of in-house counsel to appear in court.
