Sam Scott Miller

Paine Webber Incorporated Mr. Miller is a partner in the New York office of Orrick Herrington & Sutcliffe LLP. He serves as Chairman of the firm's Market Regulation Group and concentrates his practice in the regulation of financial intermediaries. Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Miller was vice president and general counsel of the PaineWebber Group from 1974 to 1987. Mr. Miller is a graduate of Michigan State University and received his LL.B. from the Tulane University Law School, where he served as Editor-in-Chief of the Tulane Law Review. He also received an LL.M. from the Yale Law School. |
