Gregory Morrow is a seasoned executive, talented entrepreneur and skilled lawyer with more than twenty years of business-oriented experience in global consumer products, cutting edge technology, venture capital, private equity, M&A and real property.

Prior to his role at Squire Patton Boggs, Greg served as Executive Vice President, Chief Legal Officer and Corporate Secretary with Contessa Premium Foods, a fully integrated international consumer products company, for 15 years.

Greg has a diverse practice representing clients involved with consumer products, entertainment technology, alternative finance and real property. Greg also actively participates with several industry organizations at the intersection of digital commerce and new media, including the California State Bar Intellectual Property Section, Entertainment Law and Intellectual Property Section (ELIPS) for the Los Angeles County Bar Association, Association of Media and Entertainment Counsel (AMEC), AlwaysOn Network, Digital Hollywood, Silicon Valley Innovation Summit (SVIS), AngelList, the Consumer Electronics Show (CES) and many others.

He has also served the United States with distinction as Examining Officer-In-Charge for the Federal Reserve Bank, Senior Trial Attorney for the Interstate Commerce Commission, Special Assistant United States Attorney for the Central District of California and Assistant District Counsel for the US Department of Justice Immigration & Naturalization Service.

Greg is a standing Delegate of the US Delegation to the United Nations and World Health Organization’s Codex Alimentarius, establishing worldwide production, formulation and quality assurance standards. He has presided as judge for the UCLA Moot Court Program and as a guest lecturer and panelist at the Association of Corporate Counsel’s (ACC) Annual Meeting (the world’s largest gathering of in-house counsel) and as instructor for the University of Florida Food Science and Human Nutrition Department.

As a long-term resident of the Los Angeles community, Greg provides his expertise to many associations addressing important business as well as social issues. He has participated as a member of the Board of Directors for ACC’s Southern California Chapter, chairing both the International and Pro Bono Committees; a founding member of the RAND Corporation, Institute for Civil Justice, Southern California 50 Leadership Council; a member of the Board of Directors for the Atlantic Legal Foundation; and a member of the National Association of Corporate Directors. Greg is also a founding member of the Men’s Advisory Council for the UCLA Rape Treatment Center and is a long-time supporter of the LA County Museum of Art, The Frick Collection and Save Venice Inc.
