A blue chip list of chief legal officers and corporate litigators will participate in the Foundation’s May 2008 conference entitled "How to Reduce Corporate Litigation Costs and Still Win Your Case." This full-day program, co-sponsored by the New York City Bar Association, will be led by Conference Co-Chairs Atlantic Legal Director Frank Menaker and Atlantic Legal Advisor Henry Butler. Atlantic Legal Director Robert Haig, editor of the four-volume treatise Successful Partnering Between Inside and Outside Counsel, will serve as moderator.
