ALF Mission Areas

For over 45 years, the Atlantic Legal Foundation’s primary mission has been to advocate for and defend individual liberty, free enterprise, property rights, limited and efficient government, sound science in judicial and regulatory proceedings, and school choice. As a nonprofit, nonpartisan public interest law firm, our Executive Leadership and Board of Directors determines the cases in which Atlantic Legal will participate as amicus curiae. The Foundation also has the benefit of an Advisory Council composed of prominent attorneys, scientists, medical doctors, and educators.
