Atlantic Legal presented its Annual Award for 2007 to the Hon. Fred F. Fielding, Counsel to President George W. Bush, at a sold-out dinner at the Army and Navy Club in Washington, DC on January 16. Mr. Fielding has served as Counsel to the President since February, 2007. He had held the same position for five years during the presidency of Ronald Reagan from 1981 until April, 1986. During 2002-2004, he served as a member of the 9/11 Commission.
