Carol Casazza Herman, Assistant General Counsel and head of the environmental law practice group at Pfizer Inc., has been elected to Atlantic Legal’s Board of Directors. Since joining Pfizer in 1989, Carol has counseled the company on environmental safety and health issues arising under local, federal, and international law in the context of business transactions, compliance, policy advocacy, and program development.
She holds a B.A. in biology from Rutgers and received her J.D. from Hofstra University School of Law, where she founded the Hofstra Environmental Law Society and edited its publication, the Environmental Law Digest.
