The Third Edition of the six-volume Commercial Litigation in New York State Courts treatise was recently published. The Editor-in-Chief is Foundation director and Kelley Drye & Warren partner Robert L. Haig. Mr. Haig served as the Co-Chair of the Commercial Courts Task Force to create and refine the Commercial Division of the New York State Supreme Court.
The publication, a joint venture of West and the New York County Lawyers’ Association, contains the work of 144 principal authors, and has been widely recognized as the definitive reference work in this area of law. The publication includes in-depth text on law and procedure, strategies and client counseling sections, checklists, and numerous cross-references. It also contains hundreds of pages of litigation forms and jury instructions, in print and on the CD-ROM which comes with the set.
