Ernest T. Patrikis, Senior Vice President and General Counsel of American International Group, Inc., has been elected to Atlantic Legal’s Board of Directors. Mr. Patrikis joined AIG in 1998 following a 30-year career with the Federal Reserve Bank of New York, where he was First Vice President, the Bank?s second ranking officer. In 1999, he was appointed to his present position. Earlier in his career, he held positions as General Counsel and Executive Vice President at the Bank. He also served as Deputy General Counsel of the Federal Open Market Committee for five years.
Mr. Patrikis holds a J.D. degree from Cornell Law School and a B.A. degree with honors in economics from the University of Massachusetts. He has served on numerous committees of the American and New York State Bar Associations, the Association of the Bar of the City of New York, and the International Law Association.
