The program will show in-house and outside counsel for corporations how to reduce litigation costs without sacrificing successful results. Whether you are an experienced attorney seeking to refine and update your skills or a less-experienced attorney seeking an overview, this invaluable program will give you the practical guidance and strategies you need to succeed in corporate litigation. The program features an outstanding faculty of General Counsel of major corporations, leading law firm litigators and federal and state judges.
