Augustus I. duPont and Victoria P. Rostow were elected to Atlantic Legal’s Board of Directors today at the Foundation’s Board meeting in Washington, DC.
Mr. duPont is Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary of Crane Co., a diversified manufacturer of engineered industrial products based in Stamford, CT. Prior to joining Crane Co. twelve years ago, Mr. duPont served as General Counsel of Reeves Industries, Inc., a privately-held diversified textile manufacturer, and Sprague Technologies, Inc., a publicly-held manufacturer of electronic components. He is a graduate of Stanford University and the University of Chicago Law School.
Ms. Rostow is a partner in the Washington office of Sonnenschein, Nath & Rosenthal LLP. Prior to joining the firm in 2006, she served as Senior Vice President and Co-Head of Federal Government Relations for JPMorgan Chase & Co., as well as Senior Vice President, Head of Federal Government Relations and Washington Counsel for Bank One Corporation, which merged into JPMorgan Chase in 2004. From 1995 to 1998, Ms. Rostow served as Deputy Assistant Secretary for Legislative Affairs, U.S. Department of the Treasury. She is a graduate of Yale College, King’s College, Cambridge University and the Yale Law School.
