At its Annual Award Dinner on November 2, 2006, at the Harvard Club of New York City, Atlantic Legal was privileged to present its 19th Annual Award to Thomas J. Donohue, President and CEO of the U.S. Chamber of Commerce (at left in photo). Mr. Donohue addressed the gathering on the subject of The Continuing Challenge of Legal Reform. Atlantic Legals Chairman Dan Fisk presented Mr. Donohue with a Tiffany mantel clock representative of the award and inscribed: In Recognition of Your Support of Private Enterprise and Your Leadership in Reforming Americas Civil Justice System.
Also at the Dinner Atlantic Legal presented its first Lifetime Achievement Award to its Director Emeritus, Dr. Frederick Seitz, President Emeritus of The Rockefeller University (at right in photo). Chairman Fisk presented Dr. Seitz with a Steuben Glass Star Stream, inscribed For Your Service to Science and to the Nation.
Mayor Bloomberg saluted the honorees and Atlantic Legal with a proclamation.
